North Las Vegas Real Estate
North Las Vegas is a sprawling community. Just recently hit the hardest by the down-turn in economy, buyers from across the country are rushing to get their stake and take advantage of the current buyer's market. The home prices are way; way below what it was back in 2007 and many buyers can still purchase homes that are better in value compared to homes located in other parts of the county.
I live in North Las Vegas and I love it here – It is a personal preference, but before one buys a property someplace else, they should consider studying the North Las Vegas part of town as well. We have newer and better communities in the area with amenities galore! It is not as crowded compared to some parts of the county and the area is getting not so crowded and traffic is condition is very good. There are new establishments being built month after month. If you are a person who likes to spend time at the casinos, there are newer casinos built in this town and plans to build a cluster of hotels and casinos just North of Losee on 215 is still yet to happen. We have a new veteran’s hospital that is currently being built here and a Culinary Stadium within the Community Center along the Centennial Parkway is also being built. I am very excited to see them finish it as I for one would love to take my 11 year old daughter, Nikki who loves to cook to attend classes there so that we can learn together.
